Hotel Policy

As a guest at Hotel Grand White , our policies are deliberated to boost your stay and confirm maximum comfort and convenience throughout. Please be aware of the following policies:

CHECK IN -
2:00 PM.
( Early check in available on extra charge, based on availability)

CHECK OUT -
11:00 AM
(Late check out available on extra charge, based on availability)

Pets :
For the comfort and safety of all the guests, pets are not permitted.

Smoking:
Smoking in all rooms is prohibited.

Guest Identifications:
According to government regulations, a valid photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 17. The identity proofs accepted are Drivers License, Passport or Adhar Card. Any guest who does not have Indian citizenship will not be allowed to stay without their passport.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

• The cancellation is free of charge 7 days prior to the date of arrival.
• The cancellation is charged at 50% of the total amount 5 days prior to the date of arrival.
• No amount will be refunded if cancellation is made 3 days prior to the date of arrival.
• In case of No Show / Early check out : No Refund and 100% charges applicable .
